Great service; he is friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions and helped me decide which knife to buy. The knife itself is well made with quality steel. Once I lifted the knives, I was surprised at how well balanced it felt in my hand. The decorated handle is nicely done, and the texture of it feels comfortable in the hand. The knife was sent to me in a sturdy box to protect it during shipping, which I appreciated. I would certainly recommend buying a knife here.
