Santoku type knife made of 120 layers damascus (1095+15N20)
Stabilized maple burl and African blackwood handle with brass spacer.
Wooden pieces with complex drawings such as burls or knots can vary a lot from one to another, don’t worry, when you place the order I will show you several pieces so you can choose the one you like the most!!

Blade length: 190mm
Handle length: 135mm
Total length: 335mm
Heel height: 58mm
Thickness: 3.4mm that decreases distally to 1.8mm at the tip drop.
*The thickness of the blade may vary slightly from one knife to another, so if you would like it a little thinner or a little thicker, don’t hesitate to tell me, it can be adjusted without a problem.
Keep in mind that it is a carbon steel knife, therefore it requires maintenance. It is important to wash and dry the knife well after using it and if we are going to store it for a while, the ideal is to apply a drop of natural oil. The package includes a bottle of natural camellia oil, ideal for maintenance.
As it is a custom piece, I will try to make it as soon as possible within the time frame of the advertisement, although this time may vary a little. In any case, when placing the order I will send you a message giving you a more approximate time.
When the piece is finished and before sending it, I will also send you photos to check that everything is to your liking or in case any changes need to be made.

Shipping & Delivery
Expedited Orders
All expedited orders must be placed by 12:00 pm PST Monday - Thursday and 10:00 am PST on Friday. Orders placed after 10 am PST will ship the next day. No same-day or Saturday deliveries.
We do not ship on holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays. If you place your order for expedited shipping on a weekend or holiday, the order will be processed on the next available business day.
