The Gyuto chef’s knife is a Japanese all round favourite. With its curved rocker blade it can glide back and forth with ease when chopping vegetables. The sharp point is perfect for fine work with meat and vegetables alike making it a very versatile knife.
The hammered texture at the top of the blade gives an amazing dark finish which blends beautifully into the 67 layer Damascus steel. Giving the hypnotising ripple effect on the blade.
The two tone pakkawood handle gives the knife some eye catching colour. The handle has an octagon shape making it easy to hold and control
